# Assessment analysis prompts

These are reusable operator prompts, not installed skills. Use approved client information and cite the input evidence. Tool recommendations need current official-source verification before being sent to a client.

## Extract the actual workflow

Read the supplied assessment interview and approved prior notes.
Identify the client's business goal, workflow trigger, owners, input information,
systems, outputs, handoffs, exceptions, and final human action.
For each pain point cite the transcript location or provided example.
Separate confirmed facts, client estimates, operator hypotheses, and missing information.
Do not recommend tools yet. Output a workflow map, pain inventory, and questions to resolve.

## Find the first useful change

```text
Using the evidence map, rank the bottlenecks by business impact, frequency,
implementation effort, information readiness, and owner access.
Ask whether each change relieves the main constraint.
Consider stopping, simplifying, or fixing the workflow before using AI.
Select one initial opportunity, explain the tradeoff, and list what must be confirmed.
Do not invent a score, revenue increase, labor rate, or time-saving claim.

## Research a small set of tools

```text
For the selected workflow, check whether the client's current stack can do the job.
If another tool is necessary, compare at most three options using current official documentation.
For each option record the exact workflow step it addresses, integration requirements,
price and date checked, privacy/access requirements, setup work, limitations, and a small test.
Recommend the simplest viable option. Separate verified capability from inference.
Do not recommend a product solely because it advertises AI.

## Draft the paid report

Use the assessment-report template and the verified evidence/recommendation set.
Produce a concise, complete plan: goal, current workflow, findings, priorities,
what to stop/fix/simplify/automate, implementation sequence, owners, requirements,
human controls, success checks, costs, assumptions, and next decisions.
The plan must stand alone without purchasing implementation.
Do not imply work is deployed, guaranteed, or included when it is only proposed.

## Check the report before delivery

Review the draft against the evidence. Flag unsupported numbers, claims of live work,
tool capabilities not verified, overlapping savings, invented quotes, unnecessary tools,
missing owners, unclear handoffs, and recommendations that do not relieve the main constraint.
Confirm the free quiz has not been described as a complete paid diagnostic.
Return specific corrections, then a short list of unresolved questions for the review call.
