Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 6, 2026

Introduction

This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all recurring subscriptions and ongoing service engagements with 7x Systems LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”), operating as AI Simple. By subscribing to or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

Recurring Subscriptions & Engagements

This Policy covers all recurring and subscription-based services we provide, including:

• Advisory engagements – Monthly 1:1 strategy sessions billed on a recurring basis
• Embedded engagements – Weekly 1:1 strategy and implementation sessions billed on a recurring basis
• Done-For-You engagements – Full implementation services billed on a recurring basis
• SaaS subscriptions – Any software or digital tool subscriptions provided through AI Simple

How to Cancel

You may cancel any recurring subscription or engagement at any time by contacting us using one of the following methods:

• Email: Send a cancellation request to me@andrewnaegele.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request”
• Phone: Call us at (307) 218-2437 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM MT)
• Mail: Send a written cancellation notice to 7x Systems LLC, 1309 Coffeen Ave, Sheridan, WY 82801

Cancellation Terms

• Notice period: Cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period.
• Effective date: Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to have access to services until that date.
• No partial refunds: In accordance with our Refund Policy, all payments made prior to cancellation are final and non-refundable. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.
• Confirmation: You will receive a written confirmation of your cancellation via email within 3 business days.

Contract-Based Engagements

If your engagement is governed by a signed service agreement or statement of work, the cancellation terms in that agreement take precedence over this Policy. Please refer to your specific agreement for cancellation provisions, including any minimum commitment periods or early termination fees.

Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
